Routine Dental Cleaning & Exams
We recommend biannual appointments for most of our patients. At these appointments, one of our registered dental hygienists will provide a thorough cleaning, removing plaque and tartar to prevent cavities. Dr. Rosenbaum will examine your teeth, take and review x-rays as needed, and consider any symptoms you may be having. Both he and the dental hygienist will offer insights and information about your current dental health and how to improve or maintain it.
Tooth-Colored Fillings
If you have a cavity or a minor chip or fracture in a tooth, we use tooth-colored fillings for the repair. This filling material, once applied and polished, matches your natural teeth. Aesthetically, this is more pleasing than other filling options.

Dental Emergencies
An injury to a tooth can be very painful and upsetting. We offer dental emergency services to our patients to ensure your comfort and to protect your overall dental health. For dental emergencies during regular office hours, call our office. If it’s after hours and you are a current patient, call 940-626-0003 and we will talk with you about what care you need and do our best to get you in as soon as possible.
Root Canals
A deep cavity can cause damage or infection to the pulp and nerve of a tooth. In these cases, endodontic therapy, or a root canal, is necessary. During this procedure, the infected pulp must be removed, the tooth cleaned and disinfected, and the pulp replaced with a material that discourages infection and promotes healing.
If the cavity is very large and the remaining tooth is not enough to provide stability, a crown may be placed to protect the remaining tooth.
Crowns and Bridges
Crowns can be used after a root canal or dental implant as a replacement tooth. We offer same-day crowns for your convenience. Another tooth replacement option is a bridge. Bridges are connected to the teeth adjacent to fill in space left by the missing tooth. It looks and functions like your natural tooth or teeth and maintains the alignment of your bite. In some cases, your bridge can be created in one visit.
